Optional text notifications
Parq can send text messages about parking sessions, permits, payments, account access, security, and other service activity. Message frequency depends on how you use Parq. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS enrollment is optional. Agreeing to receive texts is not required to buy parking or use the service. Important information may still be delivered by email or through the Parq inbox.
Reply STOP to stop optional texts and HELP for help, or email [email protected]. A final confirmation message may be sent after an opt-out. Some legally permitted security or emergency messages may be handled separately.
Keep your phone number current and do not enroll a number unless you are allowed to receive messages at that number. Delivery is not guaranteed because carriers and mobile networks are outside Parq’s control.
SMS privacy
We will not sell your mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent information, or share it with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information only with service providers that help us deliver the text messaging service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
