Using Parq
Parq provides tools for teams to manage parking sites, permits, vehicles, payments, and related services. Keep your account information accurate, protect your login, and use the service lawfully.
Site operators control their parking rules and day-to-day parking decisions. Parq provides the software but does not own or operate every parking location shown through the service.
Billing and renewal
Service is month-to-month unless a client chooses annual billing. Monthly service renews each month until it is canceled. Annual service is paid in advance and renews for another year unless the client changes or cancels it before renewal.
Prices, usage charges, discounts, and taxes appear in the client’s plan or invoice. Unpaid invoices may limit access to paid features or prevent new parking activity until payment is resolved.
Fair use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with other users, attempt to bypass access controls, upload unlawful content, or use Parq to violate parking or payment rules.
Changes and support
We may update the service and these terms as the product changes. We will update the effective date when the terms change. Email [email protected] with questions about service or billing.
